    What It's About

The building and construction industry has long relied on traditional materials like plywood, OSB, and gypsum board. However, thermoplastic composite sandwich panels are revolutionizing applications where speed, performance, and safety are critical—including modular construction, temporary housing, mobile homes, and ADUs.

These advanced panels feature continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic facesheets thermally bonded to an engineered core, enabling customization to meet performance requirements. Unlike conventional materials, they can integrate multiple functionalities while delivering fire resilience, lightweighting, insulation, compression strength, and screw retention.

This presentation will demonstrate how these innovative panels meet stringent building codes and fire safety standards while offering significant advantages over traditional construction materials and methods.
