And once the contract is signed, it doesn’t mean the design and path forward is finalized. That’s why it's critical to educate your buyers throughout the evolution of their home. If you can provide information and communicate additional value-add options as the job moves forward, they are more likely to choose items that will benefit their home’s performance and value.
