Attendees will also get an introduction to the research and building science capabilities provided by the Home Innovation Research Labs, an independent subsidiary of the NAHB.
Additionally, attendees will hear from use-cases of the Construction Tech Solutions from the Startup-nation.
9:00 AM – Home Trends, Buyer Preferences, and Must-Have Features in 2023
This session will provide NAHB’s most up-to-date research on home trends & buyer preferences highlighting the features buyers want and builders are most likely to include in their homes in 2023.
- Understand the impact COVID-19 has had on what home buyers want.
- Learn about the compromises home buyers are willing to accept to afford a home.
- Examine today’s trends through current market examples and illustrations.

ConTech started 6 years ago with a vision of turning Israel into a central hub of Construction Tech and Proptech; since then the ecosystem has grown to 300 startups and companies with various technologies serving the construction and real estate industry.
In this session, we will present the evolution of this ecosystem and will host some of these interesting use cases from different segments.
