IBS Education Sponsorship

In 2019, education attendance was estimated at nearly 20,000 for the 120+ unique sessions we offered.

Highlights of this year’s education program include:

  • 110+ Building Knowledge Sessions: these 60-minute sessions are the foundation of IBS education
  • Five (5) advanced, 3-hour Master Sessions
  • Multiple education tracks covering: design, sales, high-performance building, business management, 55+ housing and more (remodeling sessions are excluded from this sponsorship)
  • Tech Bytes: launched at the 2017 IBS, this new series of education, has been a huge hit with attendees, features multiple hands-on technology related demonstrations
  • Daily Keynotes: these twice-daily programs will feature thought leaders addressing critical issues for the industry
  • New voices and perspectives: nearly 40% of our speakers will be presenting at IBS for the first time and more than 130 companies are represented
  • NAHB, NKBA, AIA and contractor license continuing education credits will be offered

Sponsorship Includes:

  • Logo on entrance unit signage for education session rooms (10 different rooms)
  • Opportunity to provide notepads and pens in education rooms
  • Opportunity to place promotional literature on education materials tables
  • Opportunity to provide input and potentially supply a daily keynote speakers (additional fees may apply)
  • Opportunity to provide a slide to be seen before education sessions start
  • Logo on the education session evaluation forms and boxes
  • Opportunity to provide an incentive to those who fill out evaluation forms (could be a booth traffic driver and can be made into a contest to reward those who fill out the evaluations)
  • hank you slide with logo at the end of the education session
  • Gobos in larger education rooms that feature specialty education (Tech Bytes & Daily Keynotes)
  • Ability to send one pre-show email and one post-show email to all IBS full registrants to promote your sponsorship (HTML formatted email, must use NAHB’s email system)

Sponsored Education Session

  • Presentation of one official 60-minute Building Knowledge IBS education session; must be non-commercial
  • Format can be single speaker or panel and sponsor may choose to use speakers from your company or provide a professional speaker
  • Title and content must be approved by NAHB and session should follow the same guidelines as all other IBS Education sessions

IBS Branding and Advertising

  • Recognition in the IBS App, Official Show Guide, education listings on
  • Full page ad in the IBS Official Show Guide, circulation ~60,000
  • Eight (8) second ad on the digital network in the Las Vegas Convention Center
