Follower Count

• Nano: 1,000-4,999
• Micro: 5,000-19,999
• Mid-tier: 20,000-99,999
• Macro: 100,000-999,999
• Mega: 1,000,000+

Selection Criteria

The following factors are considered:

• Alignment: You must have an engaged professional audience in residential construction and regularly produce industry-relevant content, ideally including prior experience with NAHB and/or the Builders’ Show.
• Reach & Engagement: You should have at least a micro status (5,000+ followers) and maintain a high engagement rate across multiple social media platforms, interacting with your audience.
• Content Quality: You must consistently produce high-quality, creative content that aligns with IBS or NAHB’s aesthetic, educating and entertaining your audience on industry-related topics.
