IBS Attendee Registration Sponsorship

As the IBS Attendee Registration Sponsor your message is in front of ALL IBS attendee registrants. You’ll reach the pre-registrants via a prominent banner on the IBS online registration site and an advertisement placed directly on the envelope of their IBS confirmation package/credentials. You will reach the onsite registrants who register at the Show by having your branding at the IBS Registration area(s) onsite.

Sponsorship Benefits:

• Banner ad (not linkable) on IBS registration site as attendees are completing the online registration, approximately 8 online pages in length resulting in multiple impressions for each registrant, the ad will show up on every page of the online registration site.
• After an attendee registers, they get an immediate registration confirmation email and that will have the sponsors’ name mentioned as the registration sponsor.
• Then based how someone registers (like as a custom builder, remodeler, etc.), each attendee gets a second confirmation email that specifically highlights events based on how they registered themselves. That will have a banner ad (linkable) in the confirmation email.
• As we get closer to IBS, we physically mail pre-registered attendees their credentials (like IBS badge etc.) to their homes or offices. The sponsor will have a placement in the credential mailer we send out in the mail, artwork will need to be sent to us by early-December (we print it).
• On site at the IBS registration desk, there will be sponsor branding on ~25% (one out of every four) of the ‘kick panels’ in the Attendee Registration Area.
• Four onsite registration areas: Central (1), West (1), and South (2).
• The IBS Reg areas can include decals on the top of the attendee on-site reg counters (decals size are TBD).
• Option to include branding at the IBS attendee sign in kiosks, something like a branded pencil or pen, to help attendees fill out the reg forms.
• Full page ad in the IBS Official Show Guide (artwork due November 20, 2026).
