Everyone will exit their business at some point – it’s inevitable! Most remodeling contractors, with no exit plan in place will simply close their doors leaving years of past client good will, established contractor and supplier relationships, and dedicated employees to simply go away when those respected company doors close. This program will review how business owners can remove themselves from daily operations, increase company revenue through adding “value-drivers”, to managing a potential sale or transfer to family members, key employees, or an outside party. This doesn’t happen by chance – it happens when a strategic plan is implemented in a thoughtful and deliberate fashion.
