Kimberley Martin is the owner of Cyneburg Services, Inc. a certified builder who brings creativity, expertise, and heart to outdoor spaces and remodeling. Kimberley embodies dedication to both craft and community. She balances creativity with advocacy, using her voice and her calendar to lift others—and elevate standards—across local, state, and national platforms. She has been honored to be the Masterbuilders of King and Snohomish Counties Professional Women of the Year in 2019, the Building Industry of Washington Remodeler of the Year in 2022, a local and state Excellence in Remodeling award recipient, a NAHB trustee for both PWB and Remodelers, an NAHB Delegate,  2025 NAHB Leadership Academy graduate and Sky River Soccer Association Board member for the last 10 years. She is a builder, a leader, and a champion for women in building.
