As Head Coach and Owner of Choice Consulting, my mission is to help individuals and organizations reach your full potential and inspire that change with passion. . Having spent the last 40 years in the work force, Bobby has been exposed to all types of jobs, all types of companies and all types of company cultures. What he has discovered is that most companies are not maximizing the talents of their team and are losing income, growth opportunities, staff, as well as customers. After extensive research, as well as actual hands-on experience at all levels of business, it has become clear that there are basic industry disciplines that all growing, thriving, profitable companies have in place.   His education includes an undergraduate degree from Jacksonville State University. Bobby has recently joined the John Maxwell Team as an international coach, consultant, and speaker. Bobby is a National Trainer for the NAHB as well as an IBS instructor, an RLI instructor and an SEBC instructor. Bobby holds the GMB Graduate Master Builder, MIRM Member Institute of Residential Marketing, CGB Certified Graduate Builder, CSP Certified Sales Professional, CMP Certified Marketing Professional designations as well as CAP Certified Aging in Place Specialist. Bobby has two books, “Choices” and “Clarity”. Bobby lives in the Atlanta, GA area with his wife Toni. Bobby has three children, Ryan, Tamara and Corey and nine grandchildren .
