Now serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Homes By Dickerson, Brooke leads the company’s marketing, business strategy, and market intelligence efforts with a data-driven, customer-focused approach. Her career spans nearly two decades across residential brokerage, sales leadership, and operational management, including roles as a broker-in-charge, on-site sales agent, manager, and director. In her current role, Brooke is responsible for shaping company-wide strategy through extensive market analysis and insight, driving brand growth, and aligning sales and marketing to maximize results. Under her leadership, Homes By Dickerson’s marketing team has earned national recognition—including multiple awards at the NAHB Nationals—and her expertise has made her a sought-after speaker at premier industry events such as the International Builders’ Show.
