Mindy Lepp is the marketing director for LEPPDESIGN, a full-service marketing firm. They offer remote ongoing marketing services (Social Media Management, Website, Print Marketing, etc) to companies in the building industry that are large enough to need marketing help, but not so large that they can justify hiring a marketing employee full-time. LEPPDESIGN bridges that gap by handling all their marketing for them at less than the cost of one employee. Mindy is an active member of her local HBA, Jacksonville, FL PWB 2022 Chair, Jacksonville, FL PWB Social Media Chair, and on the board for an NAHB PWB committee. She has appeared on multiple podcasts, TV shows, and her work has been published in various magazines. She was named "Top 10 People to Watch in 2022" by the Jacksonville Daily Record.
