Gian Hasbrock, MIRM, CAPS, MCSP, CGP, is an NAHB-Education Instructor-Licensee offering NAHB's Sales & Marketing & Aging-In-Place curriculum nationally on a virtual platform. He is an author and presenter for the NC Builder's Institute of CE for the NC Licensing Board for General Contractors and an authorized facilitator of TRACOM's Social Style Versatility. He retired in 2021 from a 30-year career as a new homes sales professional. Gian was 2019 Builder of the Year for the Homebuilders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties, and served as the HBA's President in 2018. He was awarded the Triangle Sales & Marketing Council's Salesperson of the Year in both 2017 & 2015. Gian was the inaugural recipient of the National Sales & Marketing Council's Sales & Marketing Educator of the Year in 2011. He was author or co-author of a number of NAHB programs including Multicultural Sales & Strategies, Built to Sell: The Partnership of Marketing & Design; Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), and Effective Marketing on a Shoestring Budget.
