Andrew Homoly

After a short stint in the corporate world, Andy Homoly founded Homoly Design + Build in 1997 with a vision of bringing the scientific rigor of civil engineering and the best workmanship to custom home design and construction. His son Mason is a Co-Owner and the Vice President of Operations, bringing the next generation into the family business and carrying the Homoly legacy forward. A native of Chicago, Andy learned the trades from his dad, and earned a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Illinois. He met his future wife, Cathy Rose, on the track team, and they eventually moved to her hometown of Kansas City, where Homoly Design + Build is thriving and expanding into new communities in the region. Andy and Cathy have been married for over 30 years and have 5 adult children. He is an avid pickleball player.
