Michelle Smallwood has been the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Holiday Builders for the past 18 years. Michelle graduated from Valparaiso University with a BA and went to work for Dun & Bradstreet, and then Mastercard, where she honed extensive management experience in consulting and operations in Scotland, Switzerland, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Spain, Peru, England, Ireland, and all over the US. Ultimately, she found her passion in homebuilding, building high-performing sales and marketing teams, implementing data-driven strategies and forging strong internal and external partnerships. Michelle’s leadership has consistently resulted in record-setting sales performance, increased customer satisfaction and enhanced brand equity.
