Jon Grabowski is CEO of Red Cedar Homes which is the homebuilding division of Red Cedar Capital Partners. Red Cedar is headquartered in Charlotte NC and develops land and builds homes for sale and for BTR throughout the Southeast. Since 2012, Jon has built more than 5000 homes and Red Cedar built more than 1000 homes in 2025. As a vertically integrated company, Red Cedar develops its own land, builds housing, and also owns a building supply business and full-service brokerage.
