Amy Druhot is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in new construction, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Eastwood Homes. Throughout her career, Amy has earned numerous accolades, including BizSense Power Woman RVA, HBAV Woman of the Year, and Sales Manager of the Year. A passionate advocate for diversity and leadership, Amy is the founder of Professional Women in Building RVA, a member of the Executive Leadership team for The She Built Foundation and was a member of the first Women’s Leadership Circle. She also holds a certification as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coach from Cornell University. Amy is a TEDx speaker and a sought-after keynote speaker, inspiring audiences with her insights on leadership, empowerment, and overcoming challenges. She is the author of Just Brave It: A Some-Nonsense Guide for Women Who Want to Live a Brave and Fulfilling Life, encouraging women to live with courage and confidence, regardless of their past or circumstances. Amy lives in Midlothian, Virginia with her husband and their seven children, and is dedicated to empowering women both in and outside of the construction industry.
