Allan Klassen is a homebuilder, former CEO/owner, leadership advisor and keynote speaker with more than 35 years of experience building award-winning businesses, high-performing teams and customer-focused cultures.
As President and Managing Partner of ALBI Homes, Allan helped grow the company into one of Canada’s most respected luxury homebuilding brands before its acquisition by Brookfield Residential in 2015. He later served as Brookfield Residential’s Chief Experience Officer, helping lead culture and customer experience across the organization.
Allan has been a prominent figure in the homebuilding industry, serving as the President of the Calgary Region Home Builders’ Association (2004) and the Calgary Home Builders Association–Alberta (2005). His contributions earned him recognition as one of Alberta Venture magazine’s Top 50 Most Influential People in Alberta (2004) and induction into the Canadian Home Builders’ Association Hall of Fame (2010).
Today, Allan works with business owners, executives and leadership teams to create greater strategic clarity, leadership alignment and disciplined execution. His practical approach is grounded in decades of actually leading people, navigating changing markets and building businesses—not simply studying them.
