As Development Partner, Kyle is responsible for leading the development, design, construction and stabilization of Northwood Ravin’s multifamily and mixed-use projects. Since joining the development team in 2016, Kyle has focused on Northwood Ravin’s projects across North Carolina, the DC Metro and Denver. Prior to joining the development team, Kyle served as NWR’s Director of Construction for the Raleigh/Durham and since joining NWR in 2012, Kyle has been a key player in the development of over 3,000 units and over 500,000 SF of commercial. Prior to joining Northwood Ravin, Kyle was a Project Manager for KBR Building Group and Clark Construction with diversified experience including mixed-use, educational, research, laboratory, and historical restoration/renovation projects in North Carolina and the Washington, DC area. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Minor in Finance from Princeton University.
