Tyler Farrell is the owner and founder of Killowen Construction. He is a graduate from BYU's Construction Management program and has been working in construction for the past 25 years. Tyler began his career in law and then the commercial construction industry in California before returning to Utah to pursue his true passion: building exceptional homes. Tyler is deeply committed to honesty, delivering quality work, and contributing to the community he loves. He takes great pride in fostering a collaborative, family-oriented environment where his team can thrive and produce their best work. Tyler is an active voice in the homebuilding community. He frequently speaks at industry events, serves as a mentor to young builders, and regularly returns to BYU to share his experience and insights with students in the Construction Management program. Outside of work, Tyler is a devoted family man who values time with his wife and five children and draws inspiration from the relationships and community that surround him. Tyler believes the universe loves gratitude, and he is so thankful to have a job he loves, and an incredible team to build beautiful and timeless projects.
