Starting his career on framing crews, Joe worked his way through every stage of the building process, developing a deep, practical understanding of how homes are built from the ground up. At Style & Structure, Joe leads the “structure” side of the business, overseeing construction, execution, and quality, while setting high standards for craftsmanship, durability, and detail. His approach is rooted in transparency, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering homes that stand the test of time. Known for his relationship-driven mindset, Joe prioritizes trust and collaboration with clients, ensuring their voices are heard throughout the entire process.
