Peter Lee co-founded THB in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in 1996 with a vision to blend high-end Northern Rocky Mountain craftsmanship with modern construction management systems. In 2003, he relocated to Bozeman to open THB’s second office and expand the firm’s regional presence. As THB’s leader, Peter focuses on building strong teams that consistently exceed client expectations and set the benchmark for service excellence. Earlier in his career as a project manager, Peter oversaw numerous custom residential projects recognized for their quality and craftsmanship. His work has been featured in publications such as Mountain Living, Western Art & Architecture, Big Sky Journal Home, Log & Timber Home Living, Cowboys & Indians, Custom Wood Homes, and Teton Home, as well as in the books Rustic Artistry of the Home and Cabins and Camps by Ralph Kylloe. Peter earned a degree in Structural Engineering from Princeton University, graduating summa cum laude, and later completed an MBA at Harvard University. Prior to co-founding THB, he worked with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and Forrester Construction in Washington, D.C. Peter and his wife, Tanya, have four children: Morgan, Hudson, Jacky, and Noah. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, fly fishing, and traveling, and is an active member of the Bozeman Sunrise Rotary, where he has participated in the Rotary Fix-Up Festival for more than a decade.
