The company was awarded Best Curb Appeal and Best Craftsmanship in its debut entry in the 2024 Salt Lake Parade of Homes. Citizen Builders blends sharp design with operational rigor—leveraging Houzz Pro as its CRM and layering in AI to streamline estimating, scope planning, subcontractor tracking, and client communication. Devin is also building an internal platform, Zerra, to formalize these systems and reduce friction across projects. He brings a grounded, field-tested perspective on how AI can actually solve real problems in construction.
