For over 20 years, I have been honoured to work in the renovation, construction and real estate investing space. After graduating from Conestoga College’s Architecture-Construction Engineering Technology program, I worked my way up to earning my Red Seal Carpenter certification and then on to supervising complex, multi-million dollar builds throughout Southern Ontario, always prioritizing safety and efficiency. After a decade of working for someone else, I decided to start up Finch Construction, my own renovation company, where I provided high quality rehabs and remodels to clients and home owners. I eventually returned to Melloul-Blamey as a Construction Manager specializing in project scheduling and site efficiencies. With a now combined 17+ years with Melloul Blamey Construction, I'm currently working on streamlining automation and AI integration into our workflows to enhance productivity, while reducing errors and redundant tasks, saving all stakeholders time and money. As a real estate investor for 15+ years, I have been transforming single-family homes, duplex conversions, and short-term rental properties into profitable and cash-flowing assets. Since 2023, I have also been a speaker and coach in the real estate and investing space in Canada, sharing my strategies for efficient project planning and execution at in-person seminars, on virtual webinars and podcasts, and with both group and private coaching clients.
