Felicia Berry started in Marketing and Communications for 15 years before finding her way into the home building industry. After four years of serving as Viera Builders' Marketing she earned her Real Estate License and became her company's first Online Sales Counselor. In her first two years of being an OSC Felicia has earned The Nationals Silver Award twice in her new role, been a guest speaker on the Home Builder Digital Marketing Podcast, was awarded ECI / Lasso's OSC of the Month, interviewed by ProBuilder Magazine for Best Practices for OSC's in 2025 where she was quoted in regards to using AI in our industry, and a guest speaker on Anewgo of New Home Sales podcast speaking about using interactive tools online for sales, design studio, marketing and website.
