I have been a master plumber and run and HVAC company currently as well as construction. Have been an Energy Star rater for several years and have done high performance building training for over 20 years. Have done training classes with Sam Rashkin around the country and most of my focus is on high performance envelopes.
Under the Next Development Comp we design nd develop high performance multifamily project in cities between 5 and 15k population typically, We have learned to involve various funding sources as well as various tax credits and grants.
