Kelly Kirk

Kelly Kirk is President of Greymark Design + Build, a Houston-based remodeling firm her mother founded in 1995 and that Kelly has led since 2019. The business has been part of her life since childhood. She got pulled out of high school classes to run payroll and grew up watching the company from the inside before leaving to spread her wings. After earning a degree in Financial Consulting (minor in Economics) and a Master of Science in Accounting from SMU, she spent four years as a CPA and two in finance before returning to Greymark in 2018, bringing financial discipline to a creative, client- driven craft, and a generational perspective on evolving a family company without losing what made it work. Under her leadership, Greymark has navigated supply-chain whiplash, shifting labor markets, and the rapid emergence of new tools reshaping how remodelers design, estimate, and run jobs. Kelly was named to Pro Remodeler's 40 Under 40 in 2024, served as President of the Greater Houston Builders Remodelers Council in 2023, and currently sits on the Board of the Greater Houston Builders Association. She lives in Houston with her husband, their two kids Everett and Charlotte, and three senior dogs who set the household pace. When she’s not on a jobsite or volunteering at her kids’ school, you’ll find her with a book in hand or optimistically, and unsuccessfully, trying to keep something alive in her garden.
