Vicky Hartshorn
Mungo Homes
Raleigh, North Carolina
Vicky Hartshorn is the Director of Land Planning for Mungo Homes' Raleigh Division, where she leads the team responsible for guiding communities from initial concept through final buildout. Her team oversees land planning, community visioning, product strategy, amenity planning, branding, and execution, ensuring each community delivers on its original promise.
Vicky began her career in homebuilding sales, first as a New Home Advisor and later as a Field Sales Manager, before transitioning into land planning. That experience continues to shape her approach today, helping her bridge buyer expectations, market realities, and community design.
Over the course of her career, Vicky has championed a planning philosophy that starts with the customer experience rather than the site plan. She believes great communities are built around a clear vision, authentic identity, and lifestyle-driven design. By aligning branding, placemaking, amenities, and neighborhood design from the earliest stages of development, she helps create communities that are both memorable and meaningful to the people who call them home.
