Mr. Brady has over two decades of residential architectural and planning experience covering a wide range of project types and sizes including single-family, multi-family and resorts. Since joining Godden|Sudik Architects in 2004, Mr. Brady’s design talents and technical knowledge have become integral to the continuing success of GSA. In 2007, Mr. Brady became equal owner and Principal of GSA. Mr. Brady has chosen to specialize in residential architecture with a focus on multi-family and production housing. Some of the many multi-family projects Mr. Brady has been involved in include townhomes, small condos, 3-story walk-up condos, apartments, low-income housing, senior housing, mountain time-share resorts, 4-story podium condominiums and mixed-use high-density projects. Before joining GSA, Mr. Brady was employed by firms in Nevada and California as a project manager on a historical restoration project and as an intern working on many housing and institutional projects. Mr. Brady is a LEED Accredited Professional, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a past chairperson for the Denver AIA Housing Committee. In 2009, Mr. Brady was awarded the prestigious President’s Award from AIA Colorado for extensive involvement with the new Denver Zoning Code and in 2018, was designated 40 under 40 by Professional Builder.
