Madeleine Titze is an executive coach, leadership development specialist, and organizational consultant. Madeleine leverages her background in adult learning to elevate her clients through research-backed, practical, and personalized coaching and team development. In her coaching practice at Bridges, Madeleine supports senior leaders across industries, including higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, private/public corporations, and not-for profits.

Prior to joining the Bridges team, Madeleine worked in higher education and served as the director of undergraduate admission at a private liberal arts institution. She launched her career at The Walt Disney Company, a Fortune 100 company, where she trained in the corporation’s prominent customer service, organizational culture, and business strategies.
