    What It's About

Research shows many women are less likely to advocate for themselves or engage in crucial conversations at work. This session breaks down why speaking up feels risky, how our brains and social norms reinforce silence and what all leaders can do to build confidence and teams where everyone's voices are heard. This is a practical, empowering session designed to help everyone shift from hesitation to influence, one conversation at a time.

    In this session you'll learn:

    • Why our brains are wired to avoid risk, rejection and discomfort and how that impacts speaking up.
    • Practical strategies to prepare, regulate physiology, strengthen mindset and use questions strategically.
    • Tools to build a habit of speaking up and create a supportive team culture.
