Mono Slab® EZ Form is an EPS Form for frost protected shallow foundations. Mono Slab® EZ Form allows the contractor to to form, insulate and then back-fill all before the placement of concrete, saving time, labor and money. Mono Slab® EZ Form provides a far superior product and process compared to traditional methods of forming and insulating frost protected shallow foundations. Mono Slab® EZ Form is IRC 403.3 code compliant, and also meets IBC and IECC requirements in all 50 states.
