What It's About:

In this eye-opening session, our panel of experts will explain why the newest generations—Gen Z and Millennials—are poised to reshape the economy, forcing companies to examine how they do business for decades to come. We’ll discuss how these consumers are making a significant impact on home design with strong preferences for smart home technologies, energy efficiency and more workable spaces. Learn how they are changing communication and wellness protocols; influencing design spaces, size and location; affecting technology advances and more. And explore how their expectation for unique experiences and ability to be hyper-informed will change the way you market and sell.

What You'll Learn:

  • Learn why health, technology, environment and sustainable living are important to these buyers and how you can more effectively appeal to their lifestyles.
  • Gain a clear understanding of how these generations are affecting technological advances.
  • Identify how these two generations are changing the fundamentals of location, size and space in both urban areas and the suburbs.
  • Learn the style, color and design preferences of Millennials and Gen Z, and that little is off limits to them as they are surrounded by choice and inspiration.
