What It's About:
Life stages—not age—define today’s buyer. This advanced session will focus on three life stages while dissecting a floor plan with options that can span all three. An architect and interior designer will review a floor plan and design finishes, room by room, to demonstrate how creative strategy early in the process can help builders appeal to the needs and desires of the buyer segments while ensuring affordability at every life stage. We will also discuss how you can offer these selections at reasonable cost to the buyer while still profitable for you.
What You'll Learn:
Learn how to take a single floor plan through flexible adjustments that can respond to any and all of the life stages to achieve sales success.
Understand who the first-time, established and down-sizing home buyers are and what they are searching for in todays world.
Take away floor plan ideas, finishes and selection concepts that are flexible, desirable and affordable for each life stage.
How to Attend:
Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
