What It's About:

Resale homes out-number new construction in sales volume and availability, and real estate professionals are still selling primarily on sales price alone. So what’s the advantage to your buyer paying more and waiting 4 to 8 months for a new home? Stop apologizing for higher sales prices, limited supply and long delivery dates. Instead, arm your sales team with a message of higher performance! In this session, learn how to effectively demonstrate the benefits of new construction homes over resale, and how to teach homebuyers and real estate professionals why new high performance homes are the best option for comfort, efficiency, upkeep and more. When you have the answers, you’ll build confidence, remove objections and convert buyers to your new construction options.

What You'll Learn:

  • Learn how to increase your buyers knowledge of modern construction practices so they understand the clear advantages of new construction over existing.
  • Demonstrate the benefits new construction has over resale homes.
  • Build rapport with real estate professionals and homebuyers through specific talking points that will reduce communication issues.
  • Overcome objections and learn how to differentiate between price and quality comparisons with resale homes.
