What It's About:

2020 is set to be a pivotal year in residential home building. Are you ready? Challenging market conditions mean homebuyers have increased options and more homes are available to purchase. Architectural designs thoughtfully aligned with today’s key buyer demographics can help builders differentiate their products and increase sales velocities. Learn about leading design trends, innovations in attainability and architectural opportunities that can help convert Millennial renters into homebuyers and motivate other age groups into buying new. This session will explore next-level R&D architectural products and go far beyond “the trends” to see what's coming in single-family housing.

What You'll Learn:

  • Learn how to leverage architectural design at all scales within the home to create heightened living experiences for your homebuyers.
  • Hear what Millennial buyers, active adults and discretionary buyers are looking for, and understand the similarities and differences between demographic profiles.
  • Explore solutions-driven, R&D architectural design concepts that can be adapted and incorporated into a production housing environment.
  • Learn how to create opportunities for innovation in attainable housing.
