Speaker Handouts and Other Documents

Gone are the days where multifamily community amenities consist of a media room and fitness center. In the current and competitive marketplace, it is normal to see amenities such as dog-parks, electric car charging stations, bike storage and repair space, demonstration kitchens, infinity pools and more. As amenities continue to evolve and play a larger role in apartment selection, builders and developers are tasked with staying up-to-date on amenity and design trends in the multifamily space. In this session, discuss the current and future amenities that are sure to make a memorable impact on your target market and help you stand apart from the rest.

  • Analyze the current amenity offerings that rate favorably with potential and current renters.
  • Examine multifamily amenity trends across the United States and the locational impact on amenity design and renter preference.
  • Learn how generational preferences impact the development and amenity offerings at multifamily developments.
  • Discover future amenity trends that are emerging in the multifamily space.

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
