What It's About:
While much of the marketplace is pursuing smart growth through higher density housing, many people still prefer a single family home. However, it is possible to create higher-density communities that capture the essence of single family living through its land plan, amenities, floor plans and streetscape—and are features these homebuyers desire in a multifamily product. Learn how builders and architects are accomplishing single family living in a multifamily world as the panelists share successful community and floor plan examples.
