Education + Expo Pass

One of the biggest challenge for small custom builders and remodelers is accurate cash flow projections—not just the ability to see past today, but what your cash position will look like in four, eight or twelve weeks out. In this session, review how to track future cash flows and schedule projects accurately in order to do so. Learn how to budget expenses accurately by creating a cash flow tracking spreadsheet, and acquire the skills to predict your receivables to show accurate projections. The result is a valuable tool for predicting your pipeline of work and allowing for potential adjustments you may need to make—long before they become an issue.

  • Recognize the importance of job costing, budgeting, and scheduling to accurately track and project cash flow.
  • Learn how to easily predict cash flow week after week using a process that, once in place, will take you less than an hour per week.
  • Learn how to use this valuable tool to look into the future to predict needed changes.

Participants must be registered for an Education + Expo Pass package or a 1-Day Education + Expo Pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Already registered? If you have already purchased your expo pass you can still purchase IBS Education by logging in to your registration using either your Confirmation ID and Last Name OR an Email Address and Password, then select “Upgrade Registration” on the menu page.
