Multifamily designs have changed since the pandemic. Demand has increased for properties with more rooms and space, and at lower price points. Will this evolution continue? This session will explore how unit configurations are shifting to accommodate work from home; the value of outdoor amenities, including balconies; and how garden, wrap and other configurations will fair in 2022. Discover the trending amenities, product types and floorplans in today’s development environment.
