What It's About

This advanced session will cover how the characteristics of new homes built today have been impacted by COVID-19, including average home size, patios and porches and more. It will highlight the features that builders are most likely to include in the typical home they build in 2022; and buyer preferences across generations. NAHB’s most up-to-date home trends research will be illustrated with real-world examples.
