This session will take you on a spirited journey that will enable you to clearly and effectively understand, design, and communicate with the most influential segment of the homebuying population today: women. Hear from three industry experts as they share design insights that will inspire and inform the way you do business with this crucial homebuying audience. Topics will include: floorplan design, interior materials, colors, financial investment and more. Explore psychological drivers that shape female decision-making, and how design can be your greatest asset.
