The Outlook: A Complete Guide to Housing Trends, Forecasts & Insights for 2023

Tuesday, January 31 | 1:30 - 4:00 PM
LVCC - IBS Spotlight Room - West 326

What It’s About

Welcome to The Outlook, where we’ve transformed some of our most popular annual industry trends and forecast presentations into a super-charged educational experience. This new “state of the industry” session will begin with a panel of industry thought leaders discussing the hottest topics in housing, from lumber and supply chain, built-for-rent, AD&C financing, housing policy and more. Next up is our always popular Home Trends & Buyer Preferences panel highlighting NAHB’s most up-to-date research on the features buyers want and builders are most likely to include in their homes in 2023. Finally, we close out with an annual IBS favorite, the Housing & Economic Outlook with three nationally recognized economists offering their expert analysis on the nation’s economy, housing prices and home building, and challenges that may be on the horizon. All the industry insights you need for 2023 along with video highlights, interviews, audience interactivity and a little fun mixed in -- The Outlook is truly a can't-miss at IBS 2023!
