Knowing who buyers are and where and what they want built can provide you with the critical knowledge to stay ahead of the pack and make every dollar and decision count. But demographic shifts, both in the US and around the world, are creating a massive wave of change in our industry. How well do you really understand the underlying trends? This session reveals a new model of future housing demand and breaks down the demographic trends for each component. Who and what is driving the future demand for housing? Will the aging of America fuel a generational boom? Where will our labor and materials come from? What is happening with younger, first-time buyers? We’ll answer all these questions and more, bringing the near future into focus.
