Growth is a natural and desired goal for most builders and remodelers, but the unique and frustrating challenges that go with it are not. Those who want to take on more sales and earn more profit over time must learn how to successfully navigate the gray area of $1M to $20M and acquire the tools and leadership skills to protect profit and cascade leadership responsibilities throughout the organization. The irony: as a construction company grows, so do the problems and complexities. This session will address the growth complexities head on and provide an established framework and proven strategies for any leader to anticipate and navigate the growth challenge successfully and profitably.
