    What It's About

With demand for housing greater than ever, skilled labor shortages, inflation raising the cost of materials and supply chains still in flux, builders and remodelers are challenged to maintain cycle time, quality and profitability. Hear real-world examples from three experts about how they use data, processes and instincts to improve jobsite productivity and adjust to changing market conditions. The tactics shared apply to all home building operations, from custom shops to large-volume builders regardless of housing type and price point. THIS SESSION WILL BE OFFERED AGAIN ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, FROM 12:15-1:15 PM IN ROOM W217.
