Sales & Marketing
How to market and sell to different generations and niche markets is complex. As development costs explode, smaller houses, and townhomes on super-narrow lots have emerged—often demanding prices as high as $450/square-foot. And, it isn’t just the Millennials buying these small homes; it is Gen Xs and the Baby Boomers, too. Understanding the demographics and psychographics of buyers impacts marketing decisions and your bottom line. In this session, learn what today’s buyers look like and what they seek. Based on 20 years of data, media ratings and buyer preferences along with actual permits, sales and deeds, gain a clear understanding of what is going on with today’s buyer so you can determine your products and how to price them.
Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
