This advanced session focuses on the biggest part of the construction process—Job in Progress—the practical day-to-day of what it means to be a project manager. Through use of situational leadership assessment, case studies and other interactive instruments, we’ll explore how to establish win-win relationships, problem-solving, conflict management, coaching, negotiation and more. Be prepared to get to the heart of what it means to effectively manage the job and hone in on the specific skills you need to take your ability, and your projects, to the next level.
