Specializes in high speed and continuous production of the same profile web size with higher thickness up to 16ga for wider spans and higher load-bearing walls. It can manufacture, frames of wall, joist, truss, ceiling and roof.

It is a multi-profile framer running profile web sizes between 2-1/2" to 8" with fully automatic rollers adjusted by servo motor controlled by production software. It can produce LGS profiles of 22ga to 16ga thickness for framings (wall, joist, ceiling, truss, roof, header) and chassis/floor joist of 8" web size. Equipping with this framer enables manufacturing various LGS buildings with different profile web sizes and optimized steel distribution.

It is a comprehensive framer with profile web sizes from 2-1/2" to 12" and thickness capacity of 22ga to 12ga. It runs almost all LGS profile combinations for framings (wall, joist, ceiling, truss, roof, header) from 2-1/2" to 6" and chassis/floor joist, wide wall profiles or portal frames from 8" to 12". Auto-adjusted rollers and punches optimize production.
