BOBBY MINK
CHOICE CONSULTING AND MANAGEMENT, LLC
Snellville, Georgia
Bobby Mink is a homebuilding executive, strategist, coach, and national instructor with more than 35 years of experience helping builders improve profitability, performance, leadership, and growth.
His career spans nearly every level of the homebuilding business—from field operations and construction management to sales and marketing, executive leadership, and Chief Operating Officer. That experience gives Bobby a unique perspective: he understands both what needs to happen in the field and the leadership, systems, and accountability required to make it happen consistently.
As Managing Owner and Head Coach of Choice Consulting and Management, Bobby works with homebuilders and remodelers ranging from $1 million to more than $70 million in annual revenue. His focus is helping owners and leadership teams build stronger companies through better people, processes, financial visibility, operational systems, and execution.
Bobby has helped scale organizations from 18 to more than 100 annual closings, supported revenue growth from $4 million to $40 million in four years, and led operational improvements that reduced construction cycle time by more than 50 days.
A National Association of Home Builders instructor and frequent industry speaker, Bobby has presented at the International Builders’ Show, SEBC, and the REALTORS® Land Institute. He is also a certified John Maxwell Team coach, speaker, and trainer.
Bobby’s philosophy is simple: great homebuilding companies don’t happen by accident—they are built by choice.
