Leah Fellows

Leah Fellows is a national online sales counselor (OSC) trainer and consultant, and the founder of Blue Gypsy, Inc. She works with builders to help hire, train and implement new online sales programs and evaluate and improve their existing programs. A pioneer in the online sales arena in the home building industry, Leah has trained both national and local award-winning OSCs and is the author of Attract Engage Convert, a practical guide to hire, train and set up successful online sales programs to transform leads into meaningful appointments and sales. She has been a featured national speaker at major industry events including IBS, SEBC, PCBC, WIRC, and the Builder Marketing Summit among others. She regularly shares her expertise on industry podcasts, webinars, and articles for building publications. A passionate advocate for the industry, Leah is a current trustee of the National Sales & Marketing Council, has served on local boards for both the Sales & Marketing Council and Professional Women in Building, and has chaired various sub-committees. She continues to contribute at the national level. Known for her practical, approachable, and often humorous teaching style, Leah helps builders bridge the gap between marketing, online sales, and onsite sales so teams can better attract, engage, and convert today’s homebuyers.
